An organization finds its ration to be only when its products and services satisfy the clients’ needs, are sure for their health and are realized in the context of the surrounding environment’s protection. A determinant element for a lasting development is the permanent improvement of the activities’ performances in comparison with the environment’s elements.
For this reason, the main objectives of ARGUS Constanta, specialized in the production of the refined alimentary oil of sunflower and rape, are the obtainment of its clients’ satisfaction regarding the quality, the alimentary safety, the price, the terms and parameters of delivery and to prevent the pollution of the surroundings.
In this context we propose to ourselves :
The increase of the economic efficiency by planning and utilizing at the maximum of all the society’s resources in order to reach and maintain the quality and security of the products we deliver, at an optimum cost, without affecting the demands of the Integrated Systems of Management (Quality, Environment and HACCP) ;
The satisfaction of the clients ‘demands, of the standards, prescriptions, compulsory specifications, normative documents and the legislation in force, including other demands applicable to the environment’s aspects of our activities and products.
In order to reach this level of ability and efficiency, as a General Director of SC ARGUS SA I commit myself to establish annually, to respect, to let know and to implement the Politics and the measurable objectives regarding the quality, the HACCP and the surroundings. Also, I commit myself to assure the needed resources to implement the Integrated Systems of Management (Quality, Environment and HACCP), of the politics and established objectives and to lead the analysis meetings of the management.
In this way, in the centre of our preoccupations are the following:
the effort to offer the clients, whenever, a product of quality and sure for the consumption ;
the prevention of the environment’s pollution;
the prevention of the possible accidental situations and environmental incidents;
the motivation and the implication of the personnel, the clarifying of the responsibilities;
the training and the consciousness of the entire personnel whose work can have a significant impact over the surroundings / quality and security of the products;
the permanent improvement of the global performances of the company;
the improvement of the processes;
an analysis of the improvement of the Integrated Systems of Management (Quality, Environment and HACCP);
the assurance of the resources;
the promotion and development of the programs and the environment’s performances;
the responsibility in realizing the conformity with the society’s politics, with the procedures and demands of the Integrated Systems of Management;
the identification, the evaluation and the maintaining under control of the dangers referring to the alimentary security;
the respecting of the demands of alimentary security of the clients, the authorities and the organization itself;
the reduction of the impact of the processes over the surroundings;
the increase of the efficiency and efficacy of the management systems;
the respecting of the legal provisions and of other environment demands we have adopted;
the certifying of the Integrated Systems of Management (Quality, Environment and HACCP);
the permanent improvement Integrated Systems of Management.
As a General Director of SC ARGUS SA I’m responsible for the implementation, the improvement and the increase of the efficiency and efficacy of the Integrated Systems of Management in order to satisfy the exigencies of the clients, the society and of the certifying organism.
